Delek is an Israeli fuel distributor. In July 2013, the company won a three-year tender for providing refueling services to the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Israeli army. Delek distributes fuel via its gas stations across the country and fuel tankers at various military bases.
The company owns and operates a chain of Delek gas stations and Menta convenience stores in the West Bank settlements of Alfei Menashe, Ariel, and Givat Ze'ev, and in the settlement neighborhoods in East Jerusalem of Neve Ya'akov and the French Hill.
Additionally, the company supplied fuel for construction projects in the settlement of Carmel.
The company also owns a subsidiary, Joe Gourmet Coffee, also known as Cup O Joe. Joe holds branches in Delek gas stations and Menta convenience stores in different West Bank settlements, including Ariel, Gush Etzion, Givat Ze'ev and in the French Hill - a settlement neighborhood in East Jerusalem.
