A Polish multinational software company that owns Formula Systems and Matrix IT, both of which provide multiple services to illegal Israeli settlements, the Israeli military, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Asseco Poland owns a majority stake in Israeli company Formula Systems, which provides illegal Israeli settlement councils, the Israeli military, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense with cybersecurity and IT analyst services.
Formula Systems' subsidiary Matrix IT operates an outsourcing branch in an illegal settlement in the occupied West Bank and has been involved in a biometric identification project targeting Palestinians.
Formula Systems also owns—together with Israel Aerospace Industries—TSG IT Advanced Systems, an Israeli cybersecurity company that developed a command and control system which has been installed in dozens of illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.
- In November 2020, San Francisco State University's Associated Students passed a resolution calling on the university to divest from companies that do business in illegal Israeli settlements, including Asseco Poland. The resolution cited the 112 companies included in the United Nations' 2020 database of companies doing business in illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territory.
- In October 2020, Fresno State University's student government voted in favor of a divestment resolution calling on the university to divest from companies that do business in illegal Israeli settlements, including Asseco Poland.
