Mordechai Aviv Taasiot is a construction and real estate development company. It has constructed housing projects in illegal Israeli settlements, such as Ma'ale Adumim and Giva'at Ze'ev, in the West Bank, as well as commercial projects, including the Ma'aleh Adumim City Hall and the Adumim Mall.
The company also constructed housing projects in three illegal settlement neighborhoods in East Jerusalem, and it owns several facilities in the Atarot Industrial Zone, an illegal settlement in occupied East Jerusalem.
