Telephonics Corporation has provided  the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with Mobile Surveillance Capability (MSC) vehicles, which are equipped with surveillance sensors and the software to integrate the data received. They have been used to detect and track border crossings on the U.S.-Mexico border. Two such vehicles were in use on the border in 2015. In 2016, Telephonics was awarded another contract for $13.5 million for more systems. Between 2010 and 2018, Griffon was awarded a total of $16 million from CBP for surveillance vehicles.
