Headquartered in Valcourt, Quebec, Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) makes all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) under the Can-Am brand.
The Israeli military’s Tactical Mobile Unit (YATAR) has been using Can-Am Maverick ATVs as its primary vehicles, at least since 2019, when it operated under the Israeli Border Police. Can-Am Mavericks have been used in Israel’s 2023-2025 genocidal war on Gaza, as well as in the occupied West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria.
