Israel’s third largest grocery store chain. Owns real estate and operates stores in multiple illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Ramy Levi - Shivuk Hashikma is the third largest Israeli retail supermarket chain.

The company operates five supermarkets across the West Bank, including in the Industrial Zones of Mishor Edomim and Sha'ar Binyamin settlements, the settlements of Beithar Illit and Gush Etzion, and in Ramot, a settlement neighborhood in East Jerusalem. The company owns more than half of the commercial centers in which it stores are located and it developed the commercial center in Mishor Edomim.

Through its subsidiary, Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing Communications, the company markets cellular communication services and end devices at cheap rates. The company's cellular phone services are based on the network and infrastructure of Pelephone Communications, which has hundreds of antennae and telecommunication infrastructure facilities on occupied land in the West Bank and the Golan Heights.

In its first quarterly report for 2013, the company declared the upcoming opening of two new branches in settlements. The first will be opened in the first quarter of 2014 at the Atraot industrial zone and the second, in the settlement of Ariel, is expected to start operating in the following quarter.

However, the Ariel branch is a part of a wider business venture. In May 2013, Rami Levy, the controlling shareholder and CEO, with his partners in Mega Or Holdings, announced the beginning of construction of the first mall in the settlement of Ariel. The shopping center development is carried out by a parent company, fully owned by Adina and Rami Levy. Ha'aretz reported that the Israeli chains Castro, Nitsat HaDuvdevan, and Fox (all of which have additional branches in the settlements) will open stores in the new Ariel Mall. The 100 million NIS complex, slated for completion in two years, will include 11,000 square meters of retail space, 5,000 square meters of office space, and parking for 600 cars. A Rami Levy supermarket will take up 3,000 square meters.

In addition, Levy and his partners in Mega Or are planning a new shopping center on Route 60, where the northern settlement neighborhoods of Jerusalem connect to Route 443. The "R North Jerusalem Mall" was designed to serve the settlements of Pisgat Ze’ev and Neveh Ya'akov and the Palestinian refugee camps and neighborhoods of Shuafat, Bir Nabala, and Beit Hanina.

In an interview with Ha'aretz, the project's marketing director Osnat Zagrun explained that the high interest in the R North Jerusalem Mall originates in the Israeli chains' desire to "get into the Arab sector." She elaborated on the adjustments made to create the shopping center, adequate to the demands of its future Arab clients, and added that the Palestinian household appliance chain, A. Sbitany & Sons, is expected to open a 1,500 square meter outlet in the center.
