An Israeli construction and development company that has provided services and infrastructure to illegal Israeli settlements and military checkpoints in the occupied West Bank.

According to Who Profits, Lesico provides water and sewage infrastructure for the illegal settlement Modi'in Ilit in the occupied West Bank and owns and operates a soil remediation facility in the Kdumim illegal settlement in the occupied West Bank. The company also constructed parts of the Jerusalem Light Rail system and the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem high speed rail, both of which cross into the occupied West Bank.

Lesico also built sections of separation walls in the occupied West Bank and around the blockaded Gaza Strip, as well as along Israel's borders with Egypt and Jordan. The company has also provided infrastructure to at least one military checkpoint in the occupied West Bank as of 2018, and previously upgraded five military checkpoints as a subcontractor of Chemonics International for a project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), as reported by Who Profits.

According to Who Profits, Lesico also carries out maintenance and infrastructure work for the Israeli military, Ministry of Defense, and Prison Service. For example, it operates and maintains the sewage treatment plant for the Nafha-Ramon prison—an Israeli prison that incarcerates Palestinian political prisoners. Some of its work on Israeli military bases was funded or administered by USAID and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
