Subsidiary companies of Carmel Holdings include Barkan Carpets (now Caesarea Carpets), which owns factories and warehouses in the Industrial Zones of the illegal settlements of Shahak and Barkan in the occupied West Bank. Two other subsidiaries, Carmel Carpets and Ikoo Designs, operate factories in the Barkan Industrial Zone in the occupied West Bank.
In 2015, Carmel became a private company and was delisted from the stock exchange.
